Can you help us better meet the real needs of Caldicott Guardians across the UK?

This short, anonymous survey is your opportunity to influence what support we offer to you.

UKCGC is run mainly by Caldicott Guardians volunteering their time and expertise. Our resources are limited, so we must focus on the things that will make the most significant difference to you. We want to ensure our support is genuinely useful, timely and relevant.

What the survey covers:

  • What support you currently need as a Caldicott Guardian

  • How you prefer to access that support

  • The issues and topics that matter most to you

  • Your views on a proposed campaign to remind staff of the importance of upholding confidentiality

It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and closes on 10 September 2025.

We’ll share the findings and how we’ll act on them on our website and through the UKCGC bulletin later in the year.
