Are your details stored on the Caldicott Guardian register?

All organisations required to have a Caldicott Guardian should ensure their details are kept up-to-date on the Caldicott Guardian register. If you are a Caldicott Guardian please check that your details are correct on the register.

The register is maintained by NHS Digital to store and update Caldicott Guardians’ details, and is used by the Council to facilitate contact and dissemination of information.

If there is a change of Caldicott Guardian in your organisation, please complete the form available here to update details.

Register information is available on the ODS Portal twenty-four hours after it has been updated by the ODS Support Team.
